Online applications are invited in the Prescribed format by the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) on behalf of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), for the recruitment of Government Job vacancy of Scientist ‘C/E/F’ in Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (ICERT), a Statutory Organization of MeitY. (Advertisement no. NIELIT/NDL/ICERT/2022/1  & NIELIT/ICERT/2022/1).

ICERT is the national agency to strengthen the Indian computing community to handle and prevent computer security threats. NIELIT is the recruitment agency for recruitment of Scientists in ICERT.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the Screening tests, Evaluation of the academic records followed by personal interaction/interview. The Screening Test would be of qualifying nature and would comprise multiple-choice Questions (MCQ) on Reasoning, Basic Mathematics, English, Aptitude, Attitude and Leadership Quality. The Screening Test would consist of 150 Nos. of Multiple Choice Questions to be answered in three hours.

3.   Scientist 'F': 03 vacancies (UR-03), Pay Scale: Pay Level-13 ₹131100- 216600, Age: 50 years as of 08/06/2022, Advertisement No. NIELIT/NDL/ICERT/2022/1, Last date to Apply online is between 10/05/2022 and 08/06/2022


Application Fee 

The application fees of ₹800/- shall be charged from the General/OBC category and ₹400/- from SC/ST/PWD/Women category through online mode only
